Unser interner Unternehmensbereich „Technische Infrastruktur“ betreibt die komplette IT-Landschaft bei und für MaibornWolff. Das zwanzigköpfige Team aus ITK-Spezialistinnen und -Spezialisten sorgt für reibungslose Abläufe und unterstützt Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei technischen Problemen im Alltag. Im Ausbau unserer Infrastruktur setzen wir auf Enterprise-Lösungen mit neuesten Technologien, die dank automatisierter Lösungen schnelle Prozesse und professionelle Abläufe garantieren. Gemeinsam mit unserem Team wirst du Brückenbauer zwischen IT-Infrastruktur und den Menschen, die sie täglich nutzen.
Deine Aufgaben
- ITSM-Weiterentwicklung: Du unterstützt bei der stetigen Weiterentwicklung und Professionalisierung unseres IT Service Managements (ITSM) auf Basis von ITIL-Best-Practices.
- Infrastruktur-Optimierung: Du identifizierst und behebst Probleme in unserer komplexen IT-Infrastruktur und entwickelst sie gemeinsam mit dem Team zukunftssicher weiter.
- Projektarbeit & Prozessverbesserung: Du trägst in vielfältigen Projekten aktiv dazu bei, unsere internen Systeme, Abläufe und Tool-Landschaften kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
- Prozessmodellierung: Du modellierst IT-Prozesse und setzt entsprechende Tool-Implementierungen sowie -Anpassungen eigenverantwortlich um.
- Anwender-Support & Betrieb: Du bist die kompetente Ansprechperson für vielseitige technische Anfragen – sowohl vor Ort, via Remote-Zugriff als auch per Telefon und über unser Ticketingsystem.
Dein Profil
- Ausbildung: Du hast dein technisches Studium oder deine Fachinformatik-Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Praxiserfahrung: Du verfügst über 4–6 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Operations, der IT-Administration sowie im IT-Support.
- Tools: Du bist absolut sicher im Umgang mit Workloads auf Windows Server, Linux sowie bei Hyperscalern (vorzugsweise Azure) und bringst fundierte Erfahrung für ein oder mehrere ITSM-Tools (idealerweise ServiceNow) mit.
- Methodenkompetenz: Du besitzt tiefe Kenntnisse in den Bereichen IT-Sicherheit, Incident Management, Active Directory (gerne auch Azure Cloud Security) sowie ein gutes Verständnis von TCP/IP und generellen Netzwerkkonzepten.
- Sprachkenntnisse: Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Reisebereitschaft: Du hast kein Problem damit, 1-2 Mal im Monat zu unseren deutschen Büros zu fahren, um technische Aufgaben vor Ort zu bearbeiten.

You have a contractually guaranteed budget of 1.5 gross monthly salaries per year at your disposal.

We pay 2,520 euros per year into your company pension plan.
