Unser interner Unternehmensbereich „Technische Infrastruktur“ betreibt die komplette IT-Landschaft bei und für MaibornWolff. Das zwanzigköpfige Team aus ITK-Spezialistinnen und -Spezialisten sorgt für reibungslose Abläufe und unterstützt Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei technischen Problemen im Alltag. Im Ausbau unserer Infrastruktur setzen wir auf Enterprise-Lösungen mit neuesten Technologien, die dank automatisierter Lösungen schnelle Prozesse und professionelle Abläufe garantieren. Gemeinsam mit unserem Team wirst du Brückenbauer zwischen IT-Infrastruktur und den Menschen, die sie täglich nutzen.
Deine Aufgaben
- Infrastruktur-Optimierung: Du identifizierst und behebst Fehler in unserer komplexen IT-Landschaft und entwickelst unsere Prozesse und Systeme im Team stetig weiter.
- Anwender-Support: Du bist die kompetente Ansprechperson für technische Anfragen – egal ob vor Ort, via Remote-Zugriff, Telefon oder über unser Ticketsystem (ServiceNow) – und sorgst für einen störungsfreien Betrieb der IT-Dienste.
- Incident-Management: Du untersuchst selbstständig sicherheitsrelevante Vorfälle, bewertest deren Dringlichkeit fundiert und leitest direkt die passenden Gegenmaßnahmen ein.
- SOC-Weiterentwicklung: Du unterstützt aktiv beim kontinuierlichen Ausbau unseres Security Operations Centers und bringst dein Wissen ein, um Bedrohungen noch smarter zu erkennen.
- Dokumentation und Reporting: Du hältst relevante Vorfälle sauber im Ticketsystem fest und erstellst aussagekräftige Reports zur langfristigen Qualitäts- und Sicherheitssteigerung.
Dein Profil
- Ausbildung: Du hast dein technisches Studium (z. B. Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder deine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Praxiserfahrung: Du verfügst über 2–4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Operations sowie in der IT-Administration und im Support.
- Tools: Du hast bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen mit Security- und Analyse-Tools wie Azure Sentinel, Microsoft Defender oder Cisco XDR gesammelt.
- Methodenkompetenz: Du bringst ein gutes Verständnis von TCP/IP, generellen Netzwerkkonzepten sowie der Linux-Administration mit und bist versiert in den Bereichen IT-Sicherheit, Incident Management, Active Directory sowie idealerweise Azure Cloud Security.
- Sprachkenntnisse: Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Reisebereitschaft: Du hast kein Problem damit, 1-2 Mal im Monat zu unseren deutschen Büros zu fahren, um technische Aufgaben vor Ort zu bearbeiten.

You have a contractually guaranteed budget of 1.5 gross monthly salaries per year at your disposal.
