Leiter / Leiterin Finanz- & Rechnungswesen (m/w/d)

Du wirst Teil eines engagierten, rund 10-köpfigen Teams aus den Bereichen Finanzen und Accounting. Deine Mission ist klar: Du professionalisierst unsere kaufmännischen Strukturen und treibst das Insourcing zentraler Aufgaben voran. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Finanzprozesse so agil und präzise sind wie unsere Softwareprojekte. Ob Konzernabschluss in LucaNet oder der Ausbau unseres Reportings – du schaffst eine moderne Finanzarchitektur.
Deine Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung & Abschlusssicherheit: Du steuerst die gesamte Finanzbuchhaltung nach HGB und verantwortest die Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse.
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner: Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zu Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer und Banken.
- Konzernkonsolidierung: Du leitest die Erstellung des Konzernabschlusses in LucaNet.
- Controlling & Reporting: Du entwickelst unsere Management-Reports und KPIs weiter und unterstützt bei der Budgetplanung sowie beim Projektcontrolling in enger Abstimmung mit unseren operativen Einheiten.
- Treasury & Liquiditätsmanagement: Durch aktive Cashflow-Planung und ein optimiertes Working Capital stellst du unsere finanzielle Schlagkraft jederzeit sicher.
- Internationale Koordination: Du harmonisierst die Finanzthemen unserer Standorte in drei Ländern und stellst die steuerliche Compliance sowie die Verrechnungspreisdokumentation sicher.
- Leadership & Prozessoptimierung: Du führst dein Team fachlich wie disziplinarisch auf Augenhöhe, förderst die individuelle Entwicklung und optimierst kontinuierlich unsere Finanzprozesse und -systeme.
Dein Profil
- Ausbildung: Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium; eine zusätzliche Qualifikation als Bilanzbuchhalter ist ein großes Plus.
- Praxiserfahrung: Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung in einer verantwortungsvollen Finanzposition mit, idealerweise in einem IT-Service-Unternehmen. Ein Hintergrund in der Wirtschaftsprüfung ist ein klarer Vorteil.
- Expertise: Du besitzt tiefgehende HGB-Kenntnisse – von der operativen Buchung bis zum finalen Jahresabschluss. Zudem beherrschst du moderne Controlling-Methoden und bist offen für die Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs durch Einsatz von KI.
- Tools: Du bist absolut sicher im Umgang mit gängigen Finanztools wie DATEV, LucaNet, Circula, Perk usw.
- Reisebereitschaft: Da wir international wachsen, bringst du eine punktuelle Reisebereitschaft zu unseren Standorten mit.
- Sprachkenntnisse: Du kommunizierst souverän und verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.

Your Benefits
You have a contractually guaranteed budget of 1.5 gross monthly salaries per year at your disposal.
We do not have core working hours. You decide when you start and when you finish. The only condition: The cooperation with customers and in the team must work.
In the office, at home or at one of our locations: You decide when and where you work after consultation with your team.
When you join us, your team will help you settle in and get up to speed. We’ll also give you a deeper look into MaibornWolff during our kickoff events.
We pay 2,520 euros per year into your company pension plan.
You decide how many hours you want to work. We are flexible. You can also adjust your working hours on a monthly basis.
In consultation with your team, it is possible to work with us throughout the EU.
With us you have 30 days to rest. If you work in a part-time model, you have a proportionate amount of time off.
Thanks to our cooperation with EGYM Wellpass, you can choose from a wide range of sports, health and wellness courses and do what you enjoy.
