Unser 30-köpfiges Quality Engineering Team sorgt für Testautomatisierung und moderne QA-Lösungen in agilen Softwareentwicklungsprojekten, die schnell verfügbar und optimal in DevOps-Prozesse integriert sind. Unsere Projekte sind vielfältig, egal ob Smart-Devices, Mobile-, Web- oder Cloud-Umgebungen. Zudem rückt Künstliche Intelligenz immer stärker in den Testing-Fokus, sowohl als Tool, um unsere Arbeitsabläufe effizienter zu gestalten, als auch als Teil einer Softwarelösung, welche es auf Herz und Nieren zu prüfen gilt. Deine Aufgaben
- Als Test-Manager:in übernimmst du Verantwortung für die Qualitätssicherung in Kundenprojekten und fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Team und Kunde.
- Du berätst Kunden proaktiv und leitest durch die Einführung und Optimierung von Teststrategien. Zudem verantwortest du die Umsetzung der Testautomatisierung.
- Du führst Bewertungen bestehender Qualitätssicherungsprozesse durch und leitest daraus Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ab.
- Du führst Testing Teams fachlich, gibst dein Wissen weiter und förderst eine kooperative Arbeitsumgebung.
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Vertriebsteam zusammen, um passgenau Angebote für potenzielle Neukunden zu erstellen und zu präsentieren.
- Gelegentlich unternimmst du Projektreisen innerhalb Deutschlands, um dein Team und deinen Kunden vor Ort zu unterstützen.
Dein Profil
- Du bringst mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung im Software Testing mit. Zudem hast du bereits fundierte Erfahrung in der Leitung von agilen Testprojekten gesammelt.
- Du konntest bereits relevante Erfahrungen im KI-gestützten Testing, sowie im Testing von KI-basierten Software-Produkten sammeln.
- Dich zeichnen deine starke Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit aus: für dich gehören Stakeholdermanagement und passgenaue Beratung zum Projektalltag.
- Du hast dir ein tiefgehendes Fachwissen in Testkonzepten und Testmanagement-Methoden aufgebaut, welches du gewinnbringend für den Projekterfolg einsetzt.
- Du verfügst über ein hohes technisches Verständnis der gängigen Testing Tools, sowie in CI/CD Pipelines und Cloud-Technologien.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.

Your Benefits
You have a contractually guaranteed budget of 1.5 gross monthly salaries per year at your disposal.
We do not have core working hours. You decide when you start and when you finish. The only condition: The cooperation with customers and in the team must work.
In the office, at home or at one of our locations: You decide when and where you work after consultation with your team.
When you start with us, we will provide you with experienced mentors for six months. They will support you as you settle in and help you with your induction. We will also introduce you to MaibornWolff at our kick-off events.
We pay 2,520 euros per year into your company pension plan.
You decide how many hours you want to work. We are flexible. You can also adjust your working hours on a monthly basis.
In consultation with your team, it is possible to work with us throughout the EU.
With us you have 30 days to rest. If you work in a part-time model, you have a proportionate amount of time off.
