Über 20 Kolleginnen und Kollegen unterschiedlichster Senioritäten und Spezialisierungen bilden unser Artificial-Intelligence-Team, das eine Leidenschaft verbindet: mit state-of-the-Art-KI innovative und maßgeschneiderte Software für unsere Kunden zu entwickeln. Dafür nutzen wir aktuelle multi-modale Foundation-Modelle, als auch klassische ML-Techniken, um individuelle Problemstellungen zu lösen.
Beispiele gefällig? Für einen global agierenden Tourismusanbieter haben wir einen AI Holiday Planning Assistant implementiert, der Kundenbedürfnisse präzise erfasst und daraus individuelle Urlaubsangebote generiert. Vielleicht hast du damit ja schon deinen letzten Urlaub geplant. Als Teil unseres Teams kannst du noch einen Schritt weiter gehen und verschiedenste KI-basierte Anwendungen von der Idee bis zum Go-Live umsetzen.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du arbeitest in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden: du besprichst Bedarfe, leitest Lösungsvorschläge ab und hältst unsere Kunden während des gesamten Entwicklungsprozesses auf dem Laufenden.
- Deine Leidenschaft liegt in der ganzheitlichen Umsetzung: du designst AI-basierte Systeme und realisierst die Umsetzung gemeinsam mit deinem Team.
- Innerhalb deines Teams übernimmst du fachliche Verantwortung und hilfst mit, Teamkolleg:innen langfristig weiterzuentwickeln.
- Du identifizierst neue Technologien: du testest Tools, Methoden und Modelle, um unsere Lösungen und Architekturen auf dem neuesten Stand zu halten.
- Du teilst deine Expertise aktiv - sowohl intern mit Kolleg:innen, als auch extern durch Vorträge auf Konferenzen oder Fachartikel.
Dein Profil
- Du hast dein Studium in Informatik, Data Science oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Data Engineering und AI-Development mit den wichtigsten KI-Modellen.
- Du bringst fundierte Software-Engineering-Kenntnisse mit und kannst AI-basierte Backends entwickeln – idealerweise mit einem Tech-Stack wie Python, Docker, uvicorn, FastAPI, LangChain und DeepEval.
- Du bringst ein DevOps-Mindset mit und kannst AI-basierte Backends in der Cloud betreiben.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
- Du bist zu gelegentlichen Reisetätigkeiten innerhalb Deutschlands bereit (Workshops, Messen, Konferenzen).

Your Benefits
You have a contractually guaranteed budget of 1.5 gross monthly salaries per year at your disposal.
We do not have core working hours. You decide when you start and when you finish. The only condition: The cooperation with customers and in the team must work.
In the office, at home or at one of our locations: You decide when and where you work after consultation with your team.
When you start with us, we will provide you with experienced mentors for six months. They will support you as you settle in and help you with your induction. We will also introduce you to MaibornWolff at our kick-off events.
We pay 2,520 euros per year into your company pension plan.
You decide how many hours you want to work. We are flexible. You can also adjust your working hours on a monthly basis.
In consultation with your team, it is possible to work with us throughout the EU.
With us you have 30 days to rest. If you work in a part-time model, you have a proportionate amount of time off.
