Unser elfköpfiges Inhouse-Marketing-Team sorgt dabei mit viel Kreativität und Eigenverantwortung für die stetig wachsende Sichtbarkeit unserer Marke als IT-Partner und Arbeitgeber. Wir wollen die Gestaltung unseres Corporate Designs kontinuierlich vorantreiben, um unsere Zielgruppen im und außerhalb des Unternehmens mit professionellen und kreativen Grafikdesigns zu begeistern.
Daher suchen wir dich als Grafikdesigner:in. Du bringst frische Ideen in unser Team ein und verantwortest die grafische Gestaltung unserer Online- und Offline-Medien aller Art.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du verwandelst komplexe Inhalte in ansprechende Designs – von Social-Media-Visuals und Bannern über Infografiken und Flyer bis hin zu professionellen Präsentationen und Kampagnen-Assets.
- Du gestaltest mit deinem Team aktuelle Creation-Projekte und langfristige Strategien aktiv mit.
- Du entwickelst professionelle PowerPoint- und Word-Vorlagen und veredelst individuelle Präsentationen.
Dein Profil
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Grafikdesign, Kommunikationsdesign oder Mediengestaltung.
- Du hast fundierte Berufserfahrung als Grafikdesigner:in und beherrschst die Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) souverän.
- Du verfügst über einen professionellen Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere mit PowerPoint.
- Du brennst für visuelles Storytelling und schaffst es, komplexe Inhalte klar, einprägsam und verständlich zu gestalten – mit deinem Design lenkst du den Blick und führst den Betrachter gezielt durch die Botschaft.
- Du konntest idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen mit Bildgenerierungssystemen wie Midjourney sammeln und unterstützt deine Workflows mit KI-Tools.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch.

You have a contractually guaranteed budget of 1.5 gross monthly salaries at your free disposal.
In the office, at home or at one of our locations: You decide when and where you work after consultation with your team.
When you start with us, we will provide you with experienced mentors for six months. They will support you as you settle in and help you with your induction. We will also introduce you to MaibornWolff at our kick-off events.
We pay 2,520 euros per year into your company pension plan.
You decide how many hours you want to work. We are flexible. You can also adjust your working hours on a monthly basis.
In consultation with your team, it is possible to work with us throughout the EU.
With us you have 30 days to rest. If you work in a part-time model, you have a proportionate amount of time off.
