Unser interner Unternehmensbereich „Technical Infrastructure“ betreibt die komplette IT-Landschaft von MaibornWolff. Unser zwanzigköpfiges Team aus IT-Spezialistinnen und -Spezialisten sorgt für reibungslose Abläufe und bringt mit Fachwissen und einer gesunden Portion Neugier moderne IT-Lösungen ins Unternehmen.
Unser nächstes großes Projekt ist der Aufbau eines Security Operations Centers (SOC), um noch besser in Sachen IT-Security und Incident Management gewappnet zu sein. Hierfür suchen wir dich als Unterstützung für unser Security Operations Team.
In dieser Rolle kannst du hybrid arbeiten. Gleichzeitig stellst du mit deiner Übernahme von Schichten und Rufbereitschaften eine lückenlose Überwachung aller Systeme sicher.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du untersuchst sicherheitsrelevante Vorfälle, bewertest deren Dringlichkeit und leitest entsprechende Maßnahmen ein.
- Du unterstützt beim Aufbau und der stetigen Weiterentwicklung unseres Security Operations Centers.
- Du implementierst Playbooks und entwickelst diese stetig weiter.
- Du dokumentierst relevante Vorfälle in unserem Ticketsystem und erstellst entsprechende Reports.
- Du übernimmst Rufbereitschaften in Absprache mit deinem Team.
Dein Profil
- Du hast dein technisches Studium oder deine Fachinformatik-Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du verfügst über erste relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Sicherheit, idealerweise in einem Security Operations Center.
- Du hast bereits Tools wie Azure Sentinel, Microsoft Defender oder Cisco XDR kennengelernt.
- Du verfügst über Erfahrungen in den Bereichen IT-Sicherheit, Incident Management, Netzwerke oder Active Directory, idealerweise auch in Azure Cloud Security.
- Du sprichst fließend Englisch und gutes Deutsch.

Your Benefits
You have a contractually guaranteed budget of 1.5 gross monthly salaries per year at your disposal.
We do not have core working hours. You decide when you start and when you finish. The only condition: The cooperation with customers and in the team must work.
In the office, at home or at one of our locations: You decide when and where you work after consultation with your team.
When you start with us, we will provide you with experienced mentors for six months. They will support you as you settle in and help you with your induction. We will also introduce you to MaibornWolff at our kick-off events.
We pay 2,520 euros per year into your company pension plan.
You decide how many hours you want to work. We are flexible. You can also adjust your working hours on a monthly basis.
In consultation with your team, it is possible to work with us throughout the EU.
With us you have 30 days to rest. If you work in a part-time model, you have a proportionate amount of time off.
