Application at eye level

You apply to us and we apply to you: we want to get to know you as a person. We take the time to do this. This also gives you the opportunity to get a comprehensive picture of us. The entire process is transparent - so that both sides know where they stand at all times.

Self introduction

You have 15 minutes to introduce yourself to us in person. We want to get to know you better beyond your CV. Some applicants tell us about their private software projects or a project at their last employer.

You can prepare a PowerPoint or simply speak freely. However you like. As we won't interrupt you, it's important to us that you design your presentation in such a way that you feel comfortable.

Expert interview

During the technical interview, we will look at your CV and talk about your experience with various methods and technologies based on our day-to-day project work. This is how we find out how we can best deploy you.

The following hands-on session is not primarily about you solving the task flawlessly. It is important for us to find out how you approach the task and whether you can explain your approach.

Feedback

After the specialist interview, we want to give you our assessment: How we perceived you and where we would employ you.

This will also give you an idea of what you can expect from us. And we would be delighted if you would also give us feedback.

Motivational interview

You can, but you don't have to: After the technical interview, we offer you the opportunity to conduct a personality interview with us, the ID37. The interview is based on a scientific model that shows your motivations and how you can contribute them to the company.

We like to use it to better understand ourselves, but also each other in our teams.

3 tips for your interview

  • Be authentic: We are all team players who nevertheless cultivate and nurture their individuality. We also want to get to know you as a person.
  • Questions, questions, questions: curiosity is part of our DNA and we only learn by asking questions. Feel free to ask us questions during the interview.
  • Dress code: Wear what you feel comfortable in and what is appropriate for the occasion. Most of us wear a T-shirt, shorts, skirt or dress in summer. In winter, jeans and a sweater. Some like to wear a shirt or even a jacket. You rarely see us wearing suits.
