You will be involved in exciting digital projects right from the start and make full use of your skills. Always as part of a team in which colleagues with different levels of experience work together on the customer project. This allows you to exchange ideas with other juniors. At the same time, you will be supported by experienced colleagues from whom you will learn on a daily basis.

Mentors by your side

In addition to your contact person from your department, you will have an experienced mentor at your side for the first six months. They will answer your questions and support you. They will help you make contacts, show you where to find important information and give you valuable tips.

Learn from others

In our projects, you will quickly acquire a lot of knowledge. You will benefit from the experience of the team and expand your specialist knowledge. Soon you will be taking on tasks and responsibility yourself, applying and deepening your knowledge. If you feel confident with your task and want more responsibility, you can become a knowledge and decision maker in the project even with little professional experience.
